UI/UX Designer (Part-time)

We are looking for a part-time UI/UX Designer to provide ongoing support for our responsive web app. The position is fully remote and has flexible hours.

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and any design specs needed for hand-off to Engineering
• Update our style guide and design system
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment to iterate and ship work that balances user and business needs
• A well-rounded portfolio of work
• Passion for design and always thinking of ways to improve
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g. engineers, product managers, operations, 3rd party vendors)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
