Operations Specialist


We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join the team. The position is fully remote and has flexible hours.

You describe yourself as a tech-savvy individual who is a fast learner. You are great at following instructions, you love being efficient, and you hate making mistakes.


  • Execute various data entry and data processing tasks in a timely manner
  • Manipulate fields and records in a software tool
  • Validate documents
  • Request new documents from customers based on guidelines provided
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Participate in Operations team activities and meetings
  • Propose process improvement ideas


  • Must have experience with tools like: Google or Microsoft productivity suite (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Relevant work experience doing: Data processing, Updating / working with spreadsheets, Document validation (huge plus)
  • Preferably have experience with tools like: Notion, Airtable, Linear, and Help Scout
  • Strong communicator and great team player
  • You like thinking of ways to improve efficiency or bring delight to the people you work with
  • Quick learner
  • Motivated by doing a great job quickly and efficiently
  • You take feedback well and always look to improve yourself. You own your mistakes. You don’t shift the blame or make excuses.
  • You’re not afraid to ask questions or speak up if you don’t have what you need. You are proactive.
